Okay, actually, I’d love to stop, this pattern is making me crazy. But I shall triumph!

I started this project (a long wrap) in October. October, for Pete’s sake. And I’m so sick of looking at it, if it isn’t finished soon, I’m going to stab myself in the kidney with a knitting needle. The past two weeks I’ve worked on it steadily, and now just have one last skein. Hallelujah.

My goal is to have this done by this weekend. I think it’s attainable. (If not, liver, watch out.) We’re in the midst of a cold-snap, so it’s not like I’ve got anything else to do. (It’s -8 as I’m typing this, -28 with the wind chill.)

See you later!

  1. Thank goodness for winter knitting projects. Not only is it pretty, just think how warm it will be. And try to refrain from stabbing yourself, medical help is too far away when it is this cold.

  2. I have had a few scarf projects like that. Seem to never end. But the end results are always worth it when I see a friend wearing it with love. 🙂 It's a beautiful looking piece so far. Share some finished pics of it with us. Stay warm!
