This is the last post about our vacation. Probably. Aside from a few Photo Fridays, maybe. Anyway.
These pictures were taken on the way to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, via Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. I hadn’t been to Jackson in over 6 years, so it was high time I got my butt back there. I also worked very hard to get this song stuck in everyone’s head and IT WORKED.
Yellowstone was gorgeous as always, but this time around the Tetons stole the show.

No foothills. Just a 40 mile long mountain range rising straight out of the valley.

After tooling around Jackson for awhile, we headed back. On the way, there was the obligatory stop at Oxbow Bend. It’s obligatory for good reason.

It’s just a curve in the Snake River, but it’s a beautiful one.

Beautiful! Gorgeous! Wish you were here! (Name that movie.)

See you in a few!

  1. Definitely beautiful! Gorgeous! Wish I were there.

Wasn't that line from French Kiss, one of my favorite movies?
